Whether operating as the Principal Contractor or as a Sub-Contractor we can provide a full range of services for projects varying from smaller type maintenance works to large scale construction projects.
Health and Safety
Our commitment to Health and Safety is paramount. All our projects are controlled with a Site-Specific Construction Phase Plan and our employment of an external H&S Consultant (The Building Safety Group) ensures our compliance with all current legislation.
We continually implement and enforce safety control measures on site by means of; Site Inductions, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, LOLER Inspections, Ground Radar Surveys, Near Miss Reporting, Accident Reporting, Weekly Tool Box Talks, HAVs Controls, Fire Prevention, Daily Site Checks, Site H&S Audits, Staff Medicals and many other Safe Systems of Work.
To ensure that all aspects of Safety, Health and Environmental items are considered, addressed and relayed to the workforce, we hold a 6 monthly Safety Committee Meeting. In attendance are Representatives from the Workforce, a Management Representative and the Managing Director.
Further evidence of our commitment to Health and Safety is our continued membership of several Accreditation bodies, who annually review and approve our Company Procedures and Safe Systems of Work.
Environmental
We understand the importance of complying with all legislation and regulations and are committed to employing best practice methods and moral behaviours.
We are fully committed to providing a service which causes minimum impact to the environment and are constantly looking at ways to improve sustainability and reduce our carbon footprint by reviewing our Method of Working, using well-established and new innovative techniques and education of our staff.
We have a company Environmental Policy and each site operates under a Site Specific Environmental Site Plan. Our External Environmental Consultant ensures our compliance with all current legislation.

Safecontractor
Safecontractor is a third party accreditation scheme that assesses health and safety arrangements. The Safecontractor certificate is confirmation of competency.
