Innovation:

A key innovation within the project was the introduction of a fully permeable footpath construction designed to improve surface water management and reduce standing water issues. The permeable pavement build-up, incorporating Type 3 sub-base, open graded asphalt, and resin bound surfacing, enabled natural drainage infiltration while delivering a high-quality pedestrian finish.
