Excavate 2.0m wide footpath to formation level.
Install timber edging with timber pegs.
Lay a Geo-textile membrane.
Lay & compact 100mm thick of MOT Type 1 sub-base material.
Lay & compact 50mm depth of Breedon Gravel (12mm to fines).
Reinstate grass verge areas & re-seed.
Removal of all spoils off site to license waste facility.

Innovation:
As Benchmark were able to work within the confines of the budget, the client issued a variation to construct an additional entrance hardstanding area, in the same specification as the footpath.
