A conservation fence was required to contain the local pond wildlife, which were at the time quite often interacting and causing problems to the site’s staff. The sites ecologist asked if we could supply and install a timber picket fence along the side of the pond while still providing the wildlife room to roam. Benchmark sourced FSC timber locally, moved the numerous picnic benches and constructed the fence using induvial pieces of pales, thus ensuring we met the ecologists’ specifications. Two access gates were also installed at suitable locations.
