Innovation:

The loose and uneven concrete slabs were causing dangers to the general public, as a result insurance claims were being made. Rather than continually re-bedding the slabs it was best thought to replace the concrete slab footpath with a smooth macadam surface to help increase safety while also reducing maintenance costs.

Customer Satisfaction:

“Since the path has been built we have had no more attempted claims, wheelchair and pushchair users are also happy”
