General Scope:
Remove the existing garages and its contents from site. Implement drainage. Install new timber fencing to boundary. Install solar street lighting. Relay new surface macadam to entire area and implement a drainage solution. Line mark for optimal car parking bays.
Work included:
Assessment of waste within garage contents and dispose of responsibly
Replace existing timber fencing on boundary with concrete posts and close board
Install 3no. solar LED street light columns
Line mark for car parking bays using thermoplastic
Demolition works of garage structures, sort and send for recycling
Create falls in car park to force rainwater into a newly installed granular drainage system
Lay fresh surface course of macadam to entire site
Delegating with local residents to help minimise disruption for all parties
